We generally take 1 day to prepare your package, the time may be extended on weekends and public holidays.
We offer 2 delivery options with Colissimo:
- Delivery to collection point (Colissimo) - 48 hour delivery - €4.00;
- Home delivery (Colissimo) - 48 hour delivery - €5.50
Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers and under no circumstances can Spoade be held liable in the event of non-compliance with delivery times.

- Near Europe and Switzerland (Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Finland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, Sweden, Italy, Switzerland): Home delivery (Colissimo) - 3 to 6 days - €10
- Rest of Europe (Norway, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Norway): Home delivery (Colissimo) - 3 to 6 days - €13
- Rest of the World: Home delivery (Colissimo) - 5 to 10 days - €25
Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the Customer. It is therefore the Customer's responsibility to inquire about their amount at their local customs office.
Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers and under no circumstances can Spoade be held liable in the event of non-compliance with delivery times.
If you are unsatisfied with one or more items, you have 15 days from receipt of your order to return it . Our returns are free. We invite you to send us an email via contact@spoade.com or via the Contact Us form. We ask you to give us your first name, last name, and order number to facilitate the return process. We will send you a return label that you can then print, stick on your package and drop it off at one of the Colissimo drop-off points.
To be eligible for return, the Product must meet the following conditions:
- The Product must be new, with its original label and returned in its original packaging;
- The Product must not have been worn and/or washed, must not be damaged or stained and must not have an undesirable odor;
- The Product must not be personalized;
Upon receipt of the returned product, Spoade will process it and a confirmation email will be sent to you. From this confirmation message, the refund will be effective within 5 to 15 working days. These times may vary depending on the routing of your package and the time taken to receive/verify the condition of the products.
Returns of orders shipped outside the European Union are the responsibility of the Customer.

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims. In addition, in order for your return to be processed as quickly as possible, we advise you to also report it by email to contact@spoade.com
If the item is refused by Spoade, it will be returned to the Customer at Spoade's expense without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever. If the return has not been announced by the customer, a voucher will be automatically created and sent to the customer.

Spoade delivers to mainland France, Europe, French overseas departments and territories and the rest of the world (Australia, Canada, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, United States, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Hong Kong SAR of China, Singapore, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Cameroon, China, Ivory Coast, Egypt, India, Kenya, Mali, Mauritius, Mexico, Qatar, Senegal, Thailand, Vietnam)
In mainland France (Andorra & Monaco):
- We offer the possibility of delivering to you with Colissimo either at a collection point (at a post office, at a pickup relay point, at a pickup locker) near your home or directly to your home (against signature).
- We do not currently offer express delivery options as our standard delivery is normally 48 hours, but we will be happy to hear from you about this option.
Internationally:
- We offer the possibility of delivering to your home directly (against signature).
- We do not currently offer express delivery options, but we will be happy to hear from you about this option.
In mainland France (Andorra & Monaco):
- Our deliveries with Colissimo, whether to your home or to a collection point, normally take 48 hours to reach you when we entrust your package to them. We generally take 1 day to prepare your package, the time may be extended on weekends and public holidays.
Internationally:
- DOM-TOM: 5 to 10 days .
- Near Europe and Switzerland (Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Finland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, Sweden, Italy, Switzerland): delivery times 3 to 6 days .
- Rest of Europe (Norway, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Norway): 3 to 6 days.
- Rest of the World: 5 to 10 days.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to postpone the date of your order , but you can always choose delivery to a relay point, your package will be kept for 15 calendar days from the day after the day the delivery notice is left.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change these settings while the order is being processed.
When it comes to changing an order (adding or removing an item), you can return one or more products to us after delivery. We invite you to look at our return policy in our Delivery & Returns section.
Depending on the progress of the order, it may be possible for us to modify it. If the order has not yet been handed over to the carrier, it is possible for us to modify the delivery address. Do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible at the email address: contact@spoade.com .
Once your order is validated and prepared, you will receive a shipping confirmation email . Simply click on "Track my order" in the body of the email to access the tracking of your package.
